Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using RKY Subscriptions Tracker (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App and uninstall it from your device.

License Grant

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable limited license to download, install, and use the App on your supported mobile devices for personal, non-commercial financial organization in accordance with these Terms.

Utility & Responsibility Disclaimer

RKY Subscriptions Tracker is strictly an informational and organizational tool to help you track recurring personal expenses, renewal dates, and payment cycles.

No Direct Payment Processing: The App does not process payments, bill your cards, or manage subscriptions with third-party providers on your behalf.

No Automatic Cancellation: Marking a subscription as inactive or deleted in the App does NOT cancel your service with the third-party merchant. You remain solely responsible for contacting merchants directly to modify, cancel, or dispute any third-party memberships or subscriptions.

User Data & Backups

All subscription entries, amounts, and notes are stored locally on your device or in your personal iCloud / Google Cloud storage.

The developer does not operate external backup servers for your data and is not liable for data loss resulting from device changes, corruption, or uninstallation. We encourage users to periodically export a CSV backup from the Settings tab.

Intellectual Property Rights

All software code, visual design, icons, logos, and brand assets in the App are the proprietary property of Rajesh Kumar Yadav. You agree not to copy, reverse-engineer, modify, or redistribute the App in whole or in part without express written authorization.

Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. While we strive to ensure accurate calculations and timely reminders, the developer is not liable for missed renewal notifications, financial charges incurred with third-party providers, calculation discrepancies, or indirect damages resulting from the use of the App.

Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
