Acceptance

By using RKY Bhakti and its related website pages, you agree to these terms and any applicable store policies.

App Availability

RKY Bhakti is distributed through app stores and may be subject to their terms, pricing, and device compatibility policies.

Certain devotional content—including vocabulary words, festival calendars, daily puja schedules, and Aarti/Chalisa lyrics—is fetched from backend servers and cached on your device for offline use. An internet connection is required for initial content delivery and periodic updates.

The AI Chat feature is provided as a beta service and is not guaranteed to be available at all times. It may be removed, changed, or offered under a separate subscription in the future. The AI Chat feature is not part of any lifetime premium subscription and may incur separate availability or usage limits due to token costs.

AI Chat

The App includes an optional devotional AI Chat feature. AI-generated responses are provided for guidance only and are not a substitute for professional advice. The App does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of AI responses.

AI Chat is intended only for devotional questions related to the RKY Bhakti app. It should not be used for medical, legal, technical, or other non-devotional advice.

Your chat prompts are sent to an AI service via a backend proxy. Do not submit sensitive personal information through the chat.

Content Accuracy

Devotional content, including lyrics, translations, festival dates, and vocabulary, is provided for spiritual and educational purposes. While we strive for accuracy, occasional errors or omissions may exist.

Festival dates and puja schedules are based on widely accepted Hindu calendars and may vary by region. The App does not guarantee alignment with every local tradition or observance.

In-App Purchases & Premium Access

The App offers a premium tier unlocked via a one-time lifetime in-app purchase, as well as consumable AI Chat credit packs. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.

The App also offers temporary premium access by watching a rewarded video advertisement. Access is granted for 15 minutes and expires automatically.

All billing, purchases, and refund requests are handled exclusively by Apple through the App Store or Google Play and are subject to their respective terms and conditions. The developer does not process payments or issue refunds directly.
