RKY Car Parked Terms of Use

Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using RKY Car Parked (the "App"), you agree to abide by these Terms of Use. If you disagree, you must immediately uninstall and cease using the App.

License Grant

We grant you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and run the App on your personal mobile devices for non-commercial utilities, subject to these Terms.

Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

RKY Car Parked offers optional Premium features via monthly auto-renewing subscriptions, or a one-time Lifetime Premium purchase. Prices are displayed in the App prior to purchase and are processed entirely by Apple via the App Store.

Subscription Auto-Renewal: For subscriptions, payment is charged to your Apple ID / iTunes Account at the confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless they are canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the rate of the selected plan.

Cancellation: You can manage, change, or cancel your subscriptions at any time via your device's iTunes Account Settings. Canceled subscriptions will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

Refunds & Billing: All billing, invoicing, and refunds are handled exclusively by Apple. To request a refund, please follow Apple's official refund request process via the App Store. We cannot issue refunds directly.

Accuracy of Location Data Disclaimer

The App relies on your device's hardware GPS and external mapping providers (such as Apple Maps or Google Maps) to locate your vehicle and suggest paths. GPS accuracy depends on environmental factors, signal strength, and hardware capabilities. The developer makes no guarantees regarding the absolute accuracy of pinned coordinates or walking directions. Always pay attention to physical surroundings and parking signs. The developer is not liable for towing fees, parking tickets, or lost vehicles.

User Data Ownership

All parking coordinates, notes, photos, and history data are stored locally on your device or in your personal iCloud space. The developer does not back up or manage this content and cannot restore lost records.

Intellectual Property Rights

The App's source code, assets, graphics, user interface designs, and brand trademarks are the sole intellectual property of the developer. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the App without explicit authorization.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer disclaims all warranties, express or implied.

Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes must be resolved in the exclusive courts of the United Kingdom.
