By using RKY ILR & Citizenship Tracker (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

License

The App is provided to you under a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software for personal, non-commercial purposes.

No Legal Advice

The App provides informational tools to help track residency, absences, and estimated eligibility dates for ILR and British citizenship. It is not legal advice and is not affiliated with the UK Home Office. You should consult official guidance or an immigration professional for legal advice.

User Responsibilities

• Enter accurate information and keep records up to date.
• Use the app as an aid only; verify critical dates with official sources.

Privacy

Use of the App is subject to the Privacy Policy. The App stores user data locally on your device and utilizes your personal iCloud account for secure backup/sync. No personal immigration data is transmitted to developer-hosted servers.

Intellectual Property

All rights, title and interest in the App and its content are owned by the developer or licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" and the developer disclaims all warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold the developer harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the App or violation of these Terms.

Termination

These Terms remain in effect until terminated. The developer may suspend or stop providing the App at any time.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, as applicable. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the UK, to the extent permitted by law.

Changes

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance. Material changes will be noted with an updated effective date.
